How do I register?
Registration is simple and free. From the create profile page, fill in the required fields and read and accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You’ll receive a confirmation email to activate your account. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@sugardaddyplanet.nyc if you still need assistance.
How do I log in?
There’s a Login button at the top of every page on our platform. Click it to open the login page where you can enter your username (or email) and password. You can also log in directly from here. For convenience, you can check “Remember Me” to stay logged in on your personal devices.
How do I recover my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email address, and you’ll receive a reset link. Click the link in the email to create a new password. You can also access the password recovery page directly here. Reset links expire after 24 hours for security.
How can I change my email address?
You can change your email address from your profile under the Settings tab. Delete your current email and enter the new one. For security, a confirmation message will be sent to your old email address asking you to approve the change. The change won’t take effect until you confirm via that email.
How can I change my username?
Go to your Profile tab and click the Edit button. From there, you can modify your profile details including your display username. Note that your login username may be different from your display name. Choose something memorable but that doesn’t reveal your real identity for privacy.
Why can’t I access my profile?
At Sugar Daddy Planet NYC, we use a geolocation system to maintain our NYC-focused community. If your IP address shows you’re located far outside the New York metropolitan area, your profile may be restricted or removed. We serve the NYC, New Jersey, and tri-state region.
If you’re a legitimate NYC-area member having access issues, or if you’ve lost your password and can’t recover it, please contact us at info@sugardaddyplanet.nyc or through our contact form.
How can I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account, go to the Settings tab in your profile and select Delete Profile. You’ll be asked to confirm this action. Please note that account deletion is permanent — all your data, messages, photos, and connections will be removed and cannot be recovered.
If you just want to take a break, consider hiding your profile instead (available in Privacy Settings) rather than deleting it entirely.
How long does it take for a profile to be approved?
Profiles are approved automatically upon registration. However, our security system continuously monitors accounts to verify that photos and information comply with our guidelines. If our system or moderators flag any issues, you may be contacted for verification via email or photo confirmation. This helps us maintain a safe, authentic community.
I didn’t receive the activation email — can you resend it?
First, check your Spam or Junk folder — our emails sometimes end up there depending on your email provider’s filters. Also check your Promotions tab if you use Gmail.
If you still can’t find it after checking all folders, contact us at info@sugardaddyplanet.nyc or submit a request through our contact form and we’ll manually verify and activate your account.
Why has my account been marked as spam?
Our automated moderation system monitors messages for certain keywords and patterns that indicate spam, scam attempts, or solicitation of prohibited services. Additionally, other members may have reported your profile.
Common reasons for spam flags include: sending identical messages to many users, using prohibited keywords, promoting external services, or requesting money. If you believe this was an error, contact us at info@sugardaddyplanet.nyc with your username and we’ll review your case.
📸 Photos & Media
How can I upload photos?
When you first set up your profile, you must add a profile photo — profiles without photos cannot send or receive messages and may be removed. To change your profile photo later, simply tap on your current photo and select Change Photo.
To upload additional photos to your gallery, go to the Media tab on your profile. There you can share photos, videos, and even music to give potential matches a fuller picture of who you are.
Why can’t I upload photos?
Photo upload issues are usually caused by one of these factors:
File too large: Try compressing your image using a free tool like TinyJPG before uploading.
Wrong format: We accept JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. Convert other formats before uploading.
Browser issues: Try clearing your cache, using a different browser, or uploading from a different device.
If problems persist after trying these solutions, contact us through our contact form with details about the error you’re seeing.
How many photos can I upload?
There’s no limit to the number of photos you can upload to your gallery. We encourage members to share multiple photos showing different aspects of their personality and lifestyle — it helps potential matches get a better sense of who you are. Just make sure all photos comply with our community guidelines.
What photos are NOT allowed?
To maintain a safe and respectful community, the following types of photos are prohibited:
• Group photos or photos showing other identifiable people
• Photos containing minors (anyone under 21)
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Nude photos without consent context
• Images promoting violence, hate, or harassment
• Photos that violate others’ privacy
• Copyrighted images you don’t own rights to
• Photos with visible contact information (phone numbers, social media handles)
Violations may result in photo removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
Why have my photos disappeared?
If photos have been removed from your profile, a moderator determined they violated our community guidelines. Common reasons include: explicit content, photos with other people, suspected fake/stock images, or images containing contact information.
If you believe your photos were removed in error, email us at info@sugardaddyplanet.nyc explaining the situation. Include your username and describe the photos in question.
Can I publish links to my social networks?
No, sharing social media links or handles is not permitted on Sugar Daddy Planet NYC. This policy exists because:
• It protects member privacy and prevents unwanted contact outside the platform
• It reduces spam and promotional content
• It keeps interactions within our moderated, safe environment
• It prevents misuse by profiles promoting other services
Once you’ve established trust with a match through our messaging system, you can decide privately whether to share other contact methods.

What are memberships and which ones are available?
Sugar Daddy Planet NYC operates on a membership model to ensure quality and commitment within our community:
For Sugar Daddies: A paid membership is required to send messages. We offer three tiers:
• Bronze (Monthly) — Best for trying out the platform
• Silver (Quarterly/3 months) — Better value for committed members
• Gold (Annual) — Best overall value with premium features
For Sugar Babies: Registration and full messaging access is completely free with our Enjoy Baby membership. You can browse, match, and message without paying anything.

How can I pay?
We accept multiple secure payment methods for your convenience:
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link
• Prepaid Cards: Any prepaid Visa or Mastercard
All payments are processed securely through encrypted connections. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Is PayPal available as a payment method?
We do not currently offer direct PayPal payments. However, you can use a PayPal-issued debit card (if you have one) as it functions like a regular debit card. Alternatively, you can use any of our other accepted payment methods including credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Can I use a prepaid card for membership?
Yes, prepaid cards are accepted as long as they carry a Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro logo. This is a popular option for members who prefer not to use their primary bank cards for privacy reasons. Just ensure the prepaid card has sufficient balance for the membership tier you’re purchasing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Subscription tab in your profile settings. Click on your active membership and select Cancel Subscription. You’ll be asked to confirm.
Important: Cancelling stops future billing but doesn’t end your current period early. You’ll retain full membership benefits until your current billing period expires.
What happens when my membership ends?
When your membership expires (either naturally or after cancellation), you’ll lose access to premium features:
• You won’t be able to send new messages
• You won’t be able to see who viewed your profile
• Search and filter features may be limited
• Your profile remains visible but inactive
Your account, profile, photos, and previous conversation history are preserved. To regain full access, simply purchase a new membership.
How are refunds processed if I’m eligible?
If you qualify for a refund under our refund policy, funds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

What restrictions exist for non-subscribed members?
For Sugar Daddies without an active subscription: You can create a profile, upload photos, browse members, and receive messages — but you cannot send messages or initiate conversations. A subscription is required to communicate with potential matches.
For Sugar Babies: There are no messaging restrictions. The Enjoy Baby membership provides full access to all communication features at no cost.
💬 Messaging & Communication
How can I contact members?
Each member’s profile has a Send Message button. Click it to open a chat window where you can compose your message. For the best response rates, personalize your first message — reference something specific from their profile rather than sending a generic greeting.
Remember: Sugar Daddies need an active subscription to send messages. Sugar Babies can message freely. Visit the Membership Options here if you need to subscribe.
What does the green dot next to a username mean?
A green dot indicates that the member is currently online and active on the platform. This is a great time to send a message — they’re more likely to see it immediately and respond quickly. You can also enable notifications to be alerted when specific members come online.
How can I block an unwanted profile?
If someone is bothering you or you simply don’t want to receive their messages:
1. Open your chat conversation with that person
2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner
3. Select Block User
Once blocked, that person cannot send you messages, view your profile, or contact you in any way. They won’t be notified that you’ve blocked them.
How can I unblock someone?
To view and manage your blocked members:
1. Go to your Messages or Settings section
2. Click the three dots menu (⋮)
3. Select Blocked Members or Blocked List
4. Find the person you want to unblock and click Unblock
Once unblocked, they’ll be able to message you again, but your previous conversation history may not be restored.
How can I delete messages or photos from my chat?
To delete individual messages or photos you’ve sent:
1. Find the message in your chat
2. Click or tap on the message
3. Look for the three dots menu (⋮) that appears
4. Select Delete
You can also delete an entire conversation by opening the chat, clicking the three dots in the header, and selecting Delete Conversation. Note: Deleting messages removes them from your view but the recipient may still have them.
Suddenly I can’t send messages — what happened?
If you were previously able to send messages but suddenly can’t, the most common reasons are:
Rate limiting: If you sent many messages in rapid succession or sent identical/similar messages to multiple people, our spam protection temporarily blocks messaging. Wait one hour and try again.
Subscription expired: Check if your membership is still active in your Subscription settings.
Account flagged: Your account may have been flagged for review. Check your email for any notifications from us, or contact support.
How can I report a member?
If you encounter someone violating our community guidelines, engaging in suspicious behavior, or making you uncomfortable:
1. Go to their profile
2. Click the Report or flag button
3. Select the reason for your report
4. Add any additional details that might help our moderation team
All reports are reviewed by our team. Serious violations may result in immediate account suspension. Your identity as the reporter is kept confidential.
🔔 Notifications & Email
How can I unsubscribe from notifications and newsletters?
Platform notifications: Go to your Settings tab, then Notifications. You can toggle off individual notification types (new messages, profile views, matches, etc.) or disable all notifications.
Email newsletters: Every marketing email we send includes an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom. Click it to remove yourself from that mailing list. You can also manage email preferences in your account Settings.
Note: We’ll always send essential emails about your account security and transactions regardless of preferences.
Why am I not receiving new message notifications?
Sugar dating platforms like ours operate through web browsers rather than app stores, which means notifications work differently. You need to enable browser push notifications to receive real-time alerts.

Also check that: notifications are enabled in your account Settings, your browser allows notifications from our site, and your device’s Do Not Disturb mode is off.

What is profile verification and how does it work?
At Sugar Daddy Planet NYC, we don’t require verification at initial registration — this keeps the signup process quick and easy. However, we do conduct ongoing checks on profiles that seem suspicious or are reported by other members.
If our moderators flag your profile for verification, you’ll be asked to confirm your identity through one of these methods:
• Video call verification: A brief video chat with our team
• Gesture photo: A selfie holding a paper with a specific word/code we provide
Verified profiles receive a badge that builds trust with potential matches. If you’d like to proactively verify your profile, contact us at info@sugardaddyplanet.nyc.
Is selling photos or paid video calls allowed?
No. Sugar Daddy Planet NYC is a dating platform for building real, in-person connections — not a marketplace for selling content. The following are strictly prohibited:
• Selling photos (clothed or otherwise)
• Offering paid video calls or cam services
• Promoting OnlyFans, Patreon, or similar platforms
• Any form of content monetization
• Soliciting payment for online-only interaction
Violations result in immediate account termination. We’re a dating platform, not an adult content site.
Can online-only relationships be offered?
No. Sugar dating, by definition, involves real-world, in-person relationships and connections. Sugar Daddy Planet NYC is designed to facilitate meetings between people in the New York City metropolitan area.
Profiles seeking “online-only” arrangements, virtual relationships, or purely digital connections are not what our platform is for and may be removed. We encourage members to meet safely in person — that’s what sugar dating is about.

Sugar Daddy Planet NYC focuses specifically on sugar dating relationships — mutually beneficial arrangements between Sugar Daddies/Mommas and Sugar Babies.
We support various arrangement types within this framework: traditional allowance-based, experience-based, mentorship-focused, and even platonic companionship arrangements. However, the platform is designed for real, in-person connections in the NYC area.
For other relationship types (traditional dating, hookups, long-distance), there are more suitable platforms available.
